Good systems are important but the quality of a firm is dependent first and foremost on the
attitude and experience of the people engaged in it. Over the years we have been particularly
successful in attracting lawyers, and therefore ultimately partners, with specialist skills, many
of whom have "city" experience. This has added both a greater depth of knowledge and a wider
dimension than is normally found in a general provincial practice of this size.
We are also fortunate in having a number of experienced support staff many of whom have been
with us for a decade or more.
