We are proud of the fact that Foreman Laws was one of the first legal practices in the country to be accredited with the Lexcel standard, the Law Society quality assurance mark.
In order to retain this accreditation, which we have held for over 10 years, we undergo a rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure that we meet standards of excellence in a range of areas including client care and risk management.
These ongoing independent assessments which facilitate a continual review of work and policies mean that we can ensure our clients are provided with the best possible quality and most up to date service at all times.
In addition to our Lexcel accreditation, Foreman Laws is recognised as being suitable to provide legal services for trusts and executors. As part of this we are proud that our Solicitors within our Estate Planning & Wealth Management department are members of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (“STEP”).
STEP is a unique professional body which provides its members with a local, national and international learning and business network which ultimately encourages the highest of standards through the provision of education, training and networking opportunities.
As full STEP members our Solicitors and Consultants are deemed to be within a group of the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of trusts and estates.
Our Dispute Resolution Department contains personnel who are accredited and members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (“APIL”). The APIL was founded in April 1990 by legal professionals who wished to improve the services provided for victims of personal injury.
As members of APIL our relevant Personal Injury Lawyers are committed to following a set code of conduct and consumer charter so as to ensure a continued high level of expertise in the field of personal injury.
Many of our lawyers also have pro-bono accreditations and sit on the board of housing associations, NHS trusts and various charities.
Finally we are extremely proud to be instructed by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA), the governing body which oversees the legal profession, to act as an agent in the South East of England where they believe there is a need to intervene in other regulated firms within our field.
Our appointment as intervening agents for our own regulatory body highlights the high standards which we are committed to providing our clients.
Although Foreman Laws is not local to my business I have no hesitation in recomm...
