For the guidance of our clients and staff and to ensure that we maintain all accreditations we strive to meet the following fundamental policies in all aspects of our work:-
- to ensure that each case is executed from original instructions to completion in a manner that sets and maintains a standard of reliability and service consistent with or exceeding our clients' legitimate requirements and expectations;
- to ensure that our clients can make informed choices in the decisions that they face, that they know and understand exactly what their options are, what they are committing themselves to and what results to reasonably expect
- to remain independent at all times in terms of the advice given to clients
- to remain flexible in business planning and to seek to achieve consensus in policy making;
- to provide a clear documented system of practice management and quality assurance;
- to promote equality and diversity within the firm
