"Foreman Laws Solicitors" and "Foreman Laws" are trading names of Foreman Laws LLP, a limited liability partnership. 

Your use of the Foreman Laws’ website ("the Site") is governed by these terms of use  along with the statements relating to Privacy and Accessibility which can be accessed from the Site’s homepage (together “the Terms”).

Reference on the Site or within the Terms to "Foreman Laws", "Foreman Laws Solicitors" or “we/us”  are references to Foreman Laws LLP. 

1   Use of the Company Site

• The Site is provided to you for your personal use subject to these Terms. By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by the Terms.

• We reserve the right to vary the Terms from time to time and you are deemed to have accepted the varied Terms if you continue to use the Site after variation.

• While we try to ensure that the Site is available 24 hours a day, we cannot and do not guarantee this fact and will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

• By breaching the above provision you may commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.

• You will be responsible for our losses and costs resulting from your breach of this clause 5.

• No links to this Site may be used without our prior written permission.  If you wish to provide a link to the Site please email your request to lawyers@foremanlaws.co.uk with full details.

• We reserves all rights in respect of links including without limitation the right to determine the size and positioning of the link and that any link is to the Site’s homepage.

• Any information about our products and services or indeed any other content provided on the Site is for general information only. It does not take account of any individual circumstances and may not reflect recent changes in the law.

• We make no binding offer to supply any goods or services through the Site including without limitation legal services.  Any request for services made by you is subject to our express confirmation.
