Overview:
Rob is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team with specialist expertise in property and commercial law. Rob's clients include private developers, property investors, 'Housing Associations' and new and established businesses. He is recognised for providing constructive and pragmatic advice to the legal aims and issues of his clients.  

Experience:
Having initially worked as a Company Commercial lawyer, Rob has made the transistion towards property work, and in doing so brings a unique and knowledgable approach to all matters. He deals with a wide range of property work including site acquisitions and disposals, site assembly, commercial leases, development joint ventures and right to buy/ right to aquire matters. Aside from this Rob continues to assist business clients in all aspects of commercial law from contractual negotiations to business/ company sales and acquisitions.   

Background and hobbies:
Having completed his academic training in London Rob joined Foreman Laws in 2005. Away from work, Rob is a keen sportsman who enjoys most sports but is a particular fan of cycling, running and golf.
