Overview:
Tom is a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team. Although principally experienced in Commercial and Property disputes, Tom undertakes a variety of litigation matters.

Experience:

Tom specialises in large scale contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, and commercial fraud. In addition Tom is experienced in Property disputes including business lease renewals, break notices, claims relating to landlord's consent, dilapidations claims, forfeiture, possession claims, service charge issues, and tenant default and insolvency. 

Tom is experienced in all areas of commercial dispute resolution whether through the courts or via alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration.
