I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful service that you gave me with regards to my daughter, grandchildren and Social Services.

Every phone call I made to your office was dealt with straightaway, if not by you then by one of your team. I was always supported and reassured. I would also like to add that all paperwork, whether from yourself or copies from the Courts etc, was sent to me straightaway and I was always kept up to date.
